Book a Public Office Appointment

Dear Customers,

Please note from Monday, 21 August 2023, we are adding four additional appointments per day. We are doing this in response to high customer demand. We will then have eight pre-book appointments in the morning and four in the afternoon each day.  The available time slots will be from 10:00-11:30 and 11:30-12:30 each morning and 14:30-16:30 each afternoon. To facilitate this, we will be strict with the time slots, as there may be appointments at your research area immediately upon the expiry of your allotted time.

In addition to this, we will also be offering a walk-in service from 10:00-12:00 and 14:30-16:00 each day. However we may not be able to facilitate space for large amounts of research for walk-in visits if our office is busy, and we will deal with walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis.  We will give priority to customers with a pre-booked appointment.  Should we be unable to facilitate walk-ins on any given day, our staff will endeavour to make an appointment on a suitable date for a return visit.

If a customer has not shown up for an appointment within 10 minutes of their time slot and has not contacted to advise, we will cancel the the time slot and reallocate it to another customer.
