Rule 186 – Rights in land which may be registered

It is prescribed pursuant to Section 8(b)(ii) of the Act that the ownership of the following rights in land may be entered in the register maintained under Section 8(b) – 

(a) any lease of incorporeal hereditaments held in gross; 

(b) any charge, whenever created, registered as a burden; 

(c) any judgment mortgage registered as a burden; 

(d) any interest protected under the National Monument Acts, 1930 to 2004.
